At Parker Brown Inc., we’re proud to build more than buildings — we build spaces that serve and strengthen our community.
One of our most meaningful recent projects was the new West Valley Food Pantry facility in Woodland Hills, a 6,590-square-foot ground-up build located on the Prince of Peace Church property. The new space includes a warehouse, offices, walk-up service area, drive-through food distribution zone, restrooms, and space for a future kitchen — all designed to help the Pantry expand its reach across the San Fernando Valley.
We also completed new parking and landscaping around the building. And like many projects, we faced some curveballs: during grading in 2023, a historic one-day rainstorm flooded the site, forcing us to pause and dry out before pushing forward.
This effort was made possible by close collaboration with Heney Dong & Associates, totum, and the amazing team at West Valley Food Pantry — all working together each week to make this vision a reality.
