We completed a $1.2 million tenant improvement project for the Frank Clark Urology Center at 1260 15th Street in Santa Monica. The 6,700-square-foot project was completed while the building was occupied. This is one of our specialties. We work with our clients to have minimal disruptions to their work while we do our work.
We worked with UCLA health on this $1 million project for physician offices in Malibu. The job included physician examination rooms, an X-ray room and a comfortable waiting area. Five doctors practice in the 4,860-square-feet facility, which has a gorgeous ocean view.
