San Luis Obispo

Parker Brown recently completed a full first-floor tenant improvement for a new UCLA Health primary and specialty care clinic in San Luis Obispo. The project reflects Parker Brown’s growing commitment to healthcare construction and our ongoing efforts to expand our work on California’s Central Coast.
The project encompassed 18,323 square feet of medical space, including:
- 44 standard exam rooms across primary care and dermatology
- A state-of-the-art dermatology clinic featuring:
- 2 MOHS exam rooms
- MOHS procedure room and lab
- Dedicated phototherapy booth and treatment room
The project also included the installation of an emergency generator, similar to Parker Brown’s work on the UCLA Victoria project in Santa Barbara. This system ensures continuity of care and enhances patient and staff safety.
We are proud to support healthcare providers as they bring high-quality care to communities across the Central Coast, and we look forward to more opportunities to build in this region.
