A good portion of our business at Parker Brown comes from government jobs. From city to county to state to federal government, all departments seem to be changing regularly to meet the needs of the citizens. This creates a lot of opportunity for tenant improvement work where we excel.

The biggest job in this arena for us recently was the conversion of a former grocery store into a Department of Motor Vehicles Center.
