Parker Brown Inc. and the @Southern California Orthopedic Institute have teamed up for another great tenant improvement resulting in a new home for SCOI in Simi Valley. SCOI is the preferred expert for diagnosing and treating bone, joint, and muscle injuries and conditions as well as musculoskeletal and spinal disorders in adults and children.
We had worked with SCOI on their Van Nuys office a year ago. And we just completed SCOI’s new headquarters at Corporate Point on First Street in Simi Valley.
The job, nearly 6,000 square feet, consists of medical exam rooms and a therapy suit in two separate offices in the building. The first floor suit has a physical therapy open area with an office and break room. The third floor suite consists of fourteen exam rooms, a cast room and X-ray room; along with two manager offices. This is a great new home for SCOI’s Simi Valley staff.
We had a great team on the project and completed this job on time. The building is owned by Scheu Development Company and our architect was Henry Dong & Associates. Marissa Skinner was our project manager whose team completed the job.
