Project Manager Clay Preston and superintendent Scott Bennett are leading two projects for Elbar Investments.

We are renovating an existing 22,000-square-feet building in Van Nuys including interior structural upgrades, new electrical, water and fire services, 16 new HVAC units, construction of restrooms. The job also includes custom steel doors and windows, a new roof system, landscaping and parking lots. We should complete the job next month. Architect was ShubinDonaldson Architects.

We are also doing a 10,000-square-feet tenant improvement project for Elbar Investment at FLOQAST Computer Software in Sherman Oaks. We are opening up the working space, building three conference rooms, four private offices, a break room, storage and server rooms.
