SUN VALLEY, CA (September 29, 2015) Mission Valley Bancorp (OTCQX: MVLY) President and CEO Tamara Gurney announced John Parker and Kathleen L. Kellogg have joined Mission Valley Bank’s Board of Directors.

Parker, who emigrated from Ireland in 1989, co-founded Parker Brown Inc. General Contractors. He serves as chief executive officer and is in charge of operations, and is managing partner for several commercial properties. Parker serves on numerous Chamber of Commerce boards: Canoga Park/West Hills Chamber, Winnetka Chamber and immediate past president for the United Chambers of the San Fernando Valley.
