Granada Hills
We built out 35,000 square feet at 16201 San Fernando Mission Boulevard in Granada Hills for a new DMV customer-service center. Unlike most DMV offices, this center does not offer driver’s road tests. The 150 employees focus on paperwork transactions and the like. The interior space is designed to be customer-friendly with long counters, a comfortable waiting area and private areas for taking written tests and completing paperwork.
