Building with Urgency – Parker Brown

Parker Brown Inc., has begun construction on two new Urgent Care centers.

Two centers are under construction in Oxnard and Santa Maria while two more – in Camarillo and San Luis Obispo – are expected to get under way shortly.

The centers will be in storefront locations and will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day of the year. Services will include X-ray, lab, medications and minor injuries and illnesses.

“We know this territory well and have done a lot of medical work in the tri-counties are,” said Scott Brown, co-founder at Parker Brown, Inc. “The aging if our population is creating a tremendous need for convenient care centers,” said John Parker, also co-founder at Parker Brown, Inc. “People would rather be seen in a small setting in their neighborhood whenever they can rather than go to the hospital.”

Parker Brown, now in its 26^th year of operation, has developed a specialty in building medical facilities. It has worked with numerous private and public medical providers on such facilities as surgery centers, doctors’ offices and urgent care centers.
