Restaurants come and go. It’s the nature of our economy and that business. A site in Thousand Oaks that has been home to several restaurants is our latest job. We are working with landlord Dollinger Properties on an existing building at the corner of Westlake Boulevard and Thousand Oaks Boulevard. We are diving the space into three restaurants. One will be The Habit, another will be a pizza restaurant and the third is undecided.

This is a 6,000-square-feet job that include exterior and interior remodel and outdoor patios. It is a $700,000 job.
