Point Mugu Federal Credit Union

Parker Brown was responsible for preconstruction and construction of a ground up 41,000 square foot 2-story building. This project also included a 7 acre parking lot and landscaping, a 20,000 square foot area where an Administration tenant’s improvements were made, and a 6,400 square foot bank branch.

Some project details include a drive-up window, restrooms, and an elevator.
